Oriental BBQ Chicken Recipe
Recipe : Oriental BBQ Chicken
Ingredients :
4 tbsp Thai chili sauce
A
1cm ginger, chopped
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
1 tbsp cooking oil
500g chicken legs
Dipping sauce:
4 tbsp plum sauce
2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
Method :
Mix Thai
chili sauce with ingredients A. Marinate chicken legs with
ingredients A and keep in the fridge overnight. Heat BBQ griller and
grill chicken pieces over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning
occasionally. Mix dipping sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
