Baked Chicken Wings Recipe
Recipe : Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients :
12 chicken wings
Marinade
4 tbsp chili sauce
1 inch ginger, chopped
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 pips garlic, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
1 tbsp cooking oil
Dipping sauce:
4 tbsp plum sauce
2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
Method :
Mix chicken
wings with the Marinade and keep in the fridge overnight.
Preheat oven to 200C. Line a tray with aluminum foil and spread
chicken wings with the marinade onto the tray. Bake for 1 hour,
turning occasionally. Mix dipping sauce ingredients together in a
bowl. Serve chicken wings with the dipping sauce.
