Prune Puree Recipe
Recipe : Prune Puree
Ingredients :
1 cup pitted prunes
3/8 cup water
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp corn syrup
Method :
Blend all
ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Puree can be refrigerated in a covered container for 2 weeks.
Makes 1 cup
(330g)
This is an excellent alternative to butter or
margarine.
