Hot Winter Fruits Recipe


Recipe : Hot Winter Fruits

Ingredients :

12 dried apricots

12 prunes

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup orange juice

1 cinnamon stick

4 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks

1-2 tbsp rum (or use extra orange juice)

Method :

In a pan, combine apricots, prunes, raisins, orange juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add bananas and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add rum or extra juice and serve immediately. Fruits may also be served cold.
