Recipe : Fresh Fruits Cheese Tart
Ingredients :
60g
unsalted butter
30g icing
sugar
1/2 egg
yolk
100g low
gluten flour
Filling
180g cream
cheese
40g castor
sugar
90g sour
cream
1 tbsp
grated orange zest
3 tbsp
fresh orange juice
Topping
3 mangoes
3 kiwis
Method :
Grease ten
4cm tart baking tins. Set aside. Sieve low gluten flour. Set aside. Beat
butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg yolk and mix. Fold in low gluten
flour and knead into dough. Wrap the dough in cling wrap.
Refrigerate
for at least 1 hour. Take out the dough and roll it out to a thickness
of 3mm. Cut out round tart crusts slightly bigger than the tart tins
with a cutter. Press the one tart crust into each tin. Press the edges
of the crusts gently to fit the tart tins.
Trim the excess edges off
with fingers. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180C for about
15 minutes. Prick holes on the tart crusts with a fork. Bake in the oven
for 10-15 minutes until golden.
Unmould. Leave them to cool. Beat cheese
and sugar until smooth. Then add other filling ingredients and mix well. Divide the filling among all tarts. Arrange kiwi slices on the tarts.
Put diced mango on top. Serve.

cream cheese with mango and kiwi is so appetizing. Finishing a meal with
this tart might just end up having your guests asking for more.
