Cinnamon Rice Pudding Recipe
Recipe : Cinnamon Rice Pudding
Ingredients :
1/2 cup short-grain rice
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sultanas
1 tsp finely grated orange rind
3 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp soft brown sugar
Method :
Brush a
shallow 4-cup capacity heatproof dish lightly with oil or melted
butter. Place rice in dish. Sprinkle with sugar, sultanas and orange
rind. Pour milk over rice. Bake in slow 150C oven for 105 minutes.
Combine cinnamon and brown sugar, sprinkle over pudding. Bake 20
minutes more. Serve pudding garnished with shredded orange rind, if
desired.
